The story of the Easter Bunny originated in the 19th Century. Rabbits gave birth to a big litters and legend has it that the Easter Bunny lays, decorates and hides eggs because they are a symbol of new life.

The other day I had a crazy dream; I fell down a burrow like Alice in Wonderland and had breakfast with the Easter Bunny. He kept insisting that I dye my hair blue. When I awoke I had jelly beans stuck in my hair because a little person decided to hide them under my pillow for safe keeping!

After rinsing out my jelly bean hair treatment I googled my dream. To my surprise I found out that to dream of Easter suggests that the worst of your problems are about to end, better times are coming and one can finally enjoy life after a period of darkness and sadness.

For me the ‘Easter’ in my dream represented acceptance. Now on days when things spiral out of control, the bus is late, the dog eats the homework and my boots. I say “Magdalena, You Got This” because the Easter Bunny said so!
